Nowadays, we are getting more and more creative when it comes to making our own cone pieces. However, we are able to build one that not only lasts but will work to its full capacity. Firstly, you will need these items in order to create your cone piece:
- 1 can
- 1 pair of sharp scissors
The Step by step process
- Grab your can and place a small hole into the centre of it.
- Begin to cut a square piece starting from the hole you just made. (Note the square piece should be atleast 4cm wide and 4cm long.)
- Using the square you just cut, cut a circle out of that square.
- After you have cut your circle cut a line down the middle of the circle (Note ONLY cut a line halfway through the cirlce not the entire way through.)
- Once you have done this, grab a side with both hands. (Note the line you just cut should be in the middle of your two thumbs.)
- Overlap the two pieces using the cut you just made before. then twist and pull the cone shape tight. Be careful doing this as the piece of metal is very sharp. (Note after doing this properly it should start to look like a cone piece.)
- Once the cone piece has its shape you will need to cut a small hole from the pointy part of the cone (Note you only want to cut a small part of the tip, otherwise you will end up with a larger hole causing you to waste more material.)
- Place the conepiece into your utensil
