Stock and Availability
While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for an incorrect item.
We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.
Pricing & Payments
All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
You will be billed in Australian Dollars.
What are my payment options?
We accept direct bank deposit, crypto currency and payment via paypal account or guest checkout.
Is my card secure to use on your site?
Cone Piece PTY LTD values the security of your personal information. All details entered in our site go through a secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your details are encrypted and securely transmitted in through the payment gateway in order to be processed. Your credit card information is never stored by us.
Payment
When you make a purchase on Cone Piece PTY LTD website, you are agreeing that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used to place your order.
In the case of direct debit payment method, your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account.
Fraud
All orders are subject to various security checks. If our fraud detection system detects an anomaly with your payment, you will be contacted to confirm your details. We reserve the right to hold your order during this process while we await your confirmation. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or account and communicate your information to the relevant authorities.
Discount Codes
If you are using a discount or coupon code, you must enter it at checkout prior to making your payment. If your order is paid without entering a code, you are agreeing to pay the full amount for your items. Discounts cannot be applied or refunded to an order after payment has been made.
Shipping
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery, and additional time for remote areas or during peak periods. This time is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery. Unforeseen delays can occur once items leave our warehouse and are not our responsibility.
Postage Charges are $15 standard shipping for orders under $60 within Australia. Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 excluding “Grow It Yourself Products which will be charged individually for shipping”
Please check delivery timeframe to your postcode on the Australia Post website, as postcodes outside of the area will incur additional delays. Cone Piece PTY LTD is not responsible for delays once Australia Post is in possession of your parcel.
Cone Piece PTY LTD reserve the right to increase postage charges on any order should we deem necessary i.e. excessively large orders or remote locations.
Cone Piece PTY LTD does not ship out side of Australia.
Returns
All purchases are final and returns are not accepted, unless items are faulty. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us.
Faulty Items
We will refund, credit or replace any items that are found to be faulty on arrival, or within the warranty period (on warranty applicable items). If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at nick@conepiece.com.au and we will then advise you on how to return your item. Please include photos of the fault if applicable.
Breakages
While all care is taken with packaging of fragile items, breakages may occur in transit. If your item has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at nick@conepiece.com.au Include photos of the broken or damaged item/s.
Please inspect your items thoroughly on arrival. If you do not report any problems with your item when you receive it, we assume that you received it in good working order without damage. We have no responsibility to provide a refund, exchange or credit for items that you have damaged or broken yourself after the fact.
Images and designs
All designs, images and artwork on this website are the copyright of Cone Piece PTY LTD. No permission is given to reproduce any of the logos, trademarks, brand names, artwork, images or designs featured on this website and any such use may constitute infringement on the owners’ rights.
Price matching
If you find a cheaper price on any in-stock item on any other Australian website, send through a link to that product and we will price match it. It must be identical, the same brand, stock code and available for purchase on that site. We only price match Australian online stores, not overseas or E-bay. Does not include suppliers having a closing down sale or selling products for well below retail price.
Variation Cone Piece PTY LTD may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variation will become effective upon publication on www.conepiece.com.au. By making a purchase after the Terms of Sale have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.

Delivery
Conepiece PTY LTD aims to get you your order to you ASAP.
Please note all our parcels are sent in discreet packaging with no mention of Cone Piece or the contents.
Shipping costs
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD. All orders under $100 incur a $15 delivery charge.

We use Australia Post & Fast Track Couriers For All Deliveries
Shipping times
Shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location and the size of your parcel, we tell our customers to allow 2-5 business days for a standard size parcel and up to 10 business days for very large parcels and remote areas. Due to COVID-19 Some deliveries may take up to 28 days to reach your address in very rare circumstances.
Tracking
On high value items ($400+) tracking numbers will be provided
Signature required and Authority to leave
Orders over $400 are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED this is to avoid anything going missing you can of course leave a note in the customer notes requesting for it to be left without a signature but please note you do this at your own risk and Cone Piece PTY LTD and the postal service is not liable if this is to go missing. Australia post will leave a calling card for collection from the post office if you aren’t home.
PO boxes, Parcel lockers and Parcel collect
We ship to Po boxes; parcel lockers and parcel collect agents. We do not ship care of post office.
Collection
We do not offer collection at this stage
Shipping returns
If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned a second postage fee is required, we will email you when this arrives back.
