CBD oil has the ability in making you lose weight. A study wrote in the journal Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry in 2016. This study explains the effects of CBD on the cells of the human body which store fat. Concluding that CBD has the potential to reduce obesity.

Frankel told HuffPost in a 2017 interview: “It protects your brain and your heart, helps you control your weight, and at the same time calms you down. CBD is awesome nutrition.”
Frankel gives stress on treating CBD is a necessary nutrient just like Vitamin C or may be amino acid. He said that people get out of shape after gaining weight but our bodies can get back to normal if we start using CBD oil. Because CBD helps reducing the appetite. CBD can be taken as daily dose to lose weight.
Another physician, Dr. Rachna Patel, a CBD expert who practices in California, agrees with Frankel’s theories. Evoking Reed’s journey to weight loss, Patel shared with MSN in 2018: “I’ve treated patients with CBD who have had almost debilitating pain, excessive tiredness from insomnia, and anxiety that caused things like nervous eating. Once these symptoms are better managed, people are better able to take care of themselves, make healthier food choices, exercise more, and live a better quality of life.”
To conclude, CBD oil helps in reducing both stress and weight and that is the reason a number of doctors support taking CBD oil to lose weight but much more research is needed to prove this stance.
